To stabilize and level the sagging and bouncy floor above the crawl space, SmartJack Support Posts were installed. 

Foundation Push Piers are designed to be driven deep into the soil, where they will reach stable soils layers that are less susceptible to movement. The piers lift the foundation back to its original level, restoring the structural integrity and stabilization of the home. This hole is then backfilled with soil, leaving a clean, untouched appearance. 

This homeowner was wanting to begin some home projects, however the sagging of their garage lintel, was interfering with them. We were able to get Coley and his crew out to the home, and they were able to install the Lintel Lift. A curved steel pole, that is installed on the garage lintel, that is tightened, straightening it out and lifting the garage lintel back to original position. This customer was left happy with the results, and we were glad that we could get this home back in shape for the homeowner.

This home had multiple areas of concern that indicated floor settlement and also separation from the floor. In order to solve these issues, multiple SmartJacks were installed to permanently stabilize the floors. For this home, 8 SmartJacks were installed along with some supplemental beams. Over time the SmartJacks can be gradually raised to lift the floor back to the proper height without over lifting the floor. 

This homeowner gave us a call because they were tired of their sagging floors in their kitchen and around the island. She was already planning on redoing her floors, so she decided this was a great time to go ahead and fix the foundational issues as well. After receiving an inspection and estimate, she asked us to return to the house to do the work.  In order to fix the sagging, we installed 5 SmartJacks, along with steel shims and a sister joist. SmartJacks can be easily installed in a day, and they are installed without over lifting the foundation.
