This homeowner's front porch had settled due to poorly compacted soils and washout/erosion.  The brick veneer on the house was sitting atop the concrete, and cracked as a result of the settlement.

After installing PolyLevel, we were able to lift the porch back to its original position and close the cracks on the brick.

Raising the bar... or rather, the concrete!

This waterfront pool deck had experienced a substantial amount of soil loss due to washout, which resulted in significant settlement.  Our PolyLevel system was able to lift the pool deck back to its original position and ensure it is permanently stabilized against future settlement.

This customer was concerned with the trip hazard that was created by his settled walkway, so we used our PolyLevel system to lift the settled concrete back to its original position and eliminate the threat of a trip hazard.

A quick lift made a big difference! This entryway is level and looking great again.
