Shore Up used PolyLevel to lift and level this sunken concrete, providing a reliable and long-lasting solution to restore the strength and safety of the surface. 

Our crew recently had the privilege of helping a homeowner restore the integrity and appearance of their concrete surfaces using PolyLevel, a cutting-edge solution for sinking or uneven concrete. When we arrived, the homeowner was concerned about several sections of their driveway and walkway that had sunken over time, creating tripping hazards and an unsightly appearance.

After a thorough assessment, we determined that PolyLevel was the perfect solution. This advanced polyurethane foam is injected under the affected concrete, where it quickly expands to lift and level the surface, filling any voids and stabilizing the slab. The process was seamless: our technicians drilled small, discreet holes in the concrete, injected the PolyLevel material, and watched as the foam expanded, lifting the concrete back to its original position.

While we usually focus on lifting and leveling concrete, there are times when extensive damage calls for a full replacement.

The homeowners were experiencing excess humidity in their home due to the damp, musty conditions of their crawl space.  They elected to have us install a CleanSpace encapsulation system and now they are enjoying a much less humid environment in their home. 

The homeowners were not pleased with the condition of their, damp, dirty crawl space.  They had noticed high humidity levels in their home, and because their crawl space was tall, they wanted to condition the environment so they could use it for storage.  They also had a few areas with uneven floors that needed to be stabilized and leveled.

After installing the CleanSpace encapsulation system and Smart Jack floor supports, their humidity level has dropped and their floors are leveled and solidified.
