We didn't know what to expect, we just knew our driveway on the hill had lots of cracks and wasn't looking nice anymore. It certainly was not going to get better by us! Our first call and last call was to LRE. Their team was here for four days, working in Florida's relentless humidity and heat. Mike S., Chris S., and Jagren C. explained each step as it was going to happen and as many times as it took to get us to comprehend. They weren't going to leave until we were satisfied, the way it should be. We learned a lot and highly recommend LRE for any concrete services you need. Do yourself a favor and at least get a their quote, and then let them work for you! Quite an education!

I know customers usually write a note or statement after work has been finished, however, this isn't about the work. This is about your Design Specialist Zac Spardello. This young gentleman I want you to know, how nice, polite, and knowledgeable this man was. I'm assuming he told you of my experience with another company, I'm not complaining, but I was so upset about prices. But when I met Zac, he helped me and set me focused on the real things. To make a long story short - Zac was very informative and his kindness and patience with me helped me make my decision. You should be very proud that this young man represents your company so well. I'm hoping that the work being done will make me feel as good as Zac did. 

I read reviews all of the time before making a decision to use a company. But, I have never taken the time to write one until now. LRE should start a business on how to run a business! All of the personnel, from the sales team to the service techs, were great - especially Justin and Jay! Communication was outstanding and questions were answered promptly, if not immediately. Justin even called when he and Jay were about 30 minutes out and when they arrived in uniform, introduced themselves, and looked at the job, they explained how they would handle it and went right to work. Both were polite, friendly, and professional. This is exactly the way you would hope someone to be when you are having work done to your home. I would not hesitate to recommend LRE. It was a stress-free experience!

The cleanup was excellent. Rick took me around, showed me all the work that was done and I think it was he who sent me pictures of the work in progress. We are very satisfied with this crew as well as the first "pier" crew. We originally contacted you based on your reviews. We were very impressed with the salesman, Brian, and didn't even get a second estimate.

I was very pleased with LRE’s services. Kurt was very patient and helpful as he explained everything and answered all of my questions honestly. When I made the decision to move forward, I was sure it was the right one. Chad and his team member came to do the work and were both very professional and pleasant. Chad thoroughly explained what was to be done and left my property in great condition with no damage at all. I trusted LRE and would highly recommend them.

The experience from start to finish was perfect. From the immediate response to my web inquiry through the cleanup work that was done at the end of the job. I have not dealt with a more professional company and will recommend your company to anyone I know that needs your services. We are extremely satisfied. LRE Foundation Repair recently completed major sinkhole repairs at our home in Safety Harbor, FL. The repairs included extensive grouting and underpinning over several months. One of the few things that remained stable during the repair process was the presence and professionalism of Victor Feeley. Victor was our primary contact with LRE and was always there when needed, and a pleasure to work with regarding our needs. Victor was diligent in returning phone calls in a timely manner. He always managed to get us an answer when we were unsure how to proceed, or what to do next. When issues arose Victor was willing to do what was needed to resolve the issue and move forward. Several times Victor personally did what was needed to resolve the issue or fix the problem. I saw him on more than one occasion dig in the dirt to repair a broken or missing sprinkler head. Victor is a professional, courteous, and diligent jack of all trades. He certainly never felt any task was either too small or beyond his abilities. As a result of Victor's efforts, my wife DeDe and I were able to proceed through an extremely trying time while maintaining a positive attitude. Now that the sinkhole project is coming to an end, we want you to know how valuable Victor was to the entire process and how grateful we are to have had Victor assigned to our project. We are very pleased with the improvement to our sidewalk. With all the rain over the past two days, it was nice to see no puddling in the corner of the walk. The tripping hazard is gone which really pleases us as well. Many thanks to your crew!

LRE was professional, punctual, and had quality work through and through. If you have drainage problems that are beyond a DIY repair-type solution, I would recommend having LRE come and take a look. All aspects of my project were communicated and the work was done timely and beyond my expectations. It's also clear that LRE is hiring young folks from the area and training them up, which is great!

Everything was completed to my satisfaction. The crew leader and his assistant were very polite and did go over the areas that were in need of repair. The crew were very professional and I appreciated that very much. Everything was cleaned up. I would recommend LRE to everyone.

LRE's crew arrived when they said they would. The crew supervisor, Antonio, and the other two men worked very hard from the moment they arrived until they cleaned up before leaving. They were all professional, knowledgable, and courteous, and it was a pleasure to meet them. It was also amazing to watch how efficiently they worked as a team. LRE is a local well-established company with very competitive pricing. They showed up on time and Chad and his team did exactly what was promised. They did a great job, cleaned up after the job was completed, and did a professional job. Thank you!!

We had LRE come out and give us a quote on a standing water/drainage problem at our new home. Protecting the foundation was paramount for us. The quote was detailed and seemed proficient. Day(s) of, the crew was on time both mornings and on day one, asked my opinion on what the pre-drawn plans called for. They installed a modified French drainage system, incorporating two downspouts that were the main problem of standing water when we had significant rain. They were very professional, and pleasant and worked their butts off, hand digging with precision into, not typical Florida sand, but a mixture of black dirt and clay. When completed, it looks awesome. The tie-ins into the downspouts look secure, and clearly professionally done. The rock section where the water will percolate out is awesome. They replaced our sod afterward and even watered it. You wouldn't even know the system is there if I didn't tell you. Don't waste your time calling anyone else!
