We went through everything in detail and I have to say without hesitation, LRE more than met my expectations. Just like the pillars they install, these men are the foundation of our community. From the beginning Zac fully explained our options for securing the foundation of our historic home and protecting the wood from further moisture damage. He carefully worked with our budget to make the best choices for longevity of the home while listening to our unique needs. Each step was customized and meticulously executed by members of the LRE team. Carlos, Merrick, and Charles were the crew that came out to do the install. They took their time and made sure it was perfect. They treated us and our home like part of the family. Carlos would text me pictures of things that didn’t even have to do with the job, like a very small leak in our tub drain. It was all the small things like this that let us know our money was incredibly well spent. LRE had ended up in the foundation bids I was collecting after a team member had been so nice to my four year old daughter at Wawa one day, months before I even knew I needed repairs. I noted the company on his shirt and thought they must employ amazing people. I wasn’t wrong! One day during lunch Carlos had gone home to save his undoubtedly adorable daughters from a snake and stepped on a metal rake that impaled his foot. The supervisor, Jim, happened to be at my house when we found out. Jim showed genuine concern for Carlos and it was obvious this is a company that values its employees. They hire people from our community that have deep roots, they hire family people, and they hire veterans. This is a company that not only would I always recommend and hire, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work for myself.

We were so impressed with the excellent work Rick, our foreman and crew preformed installing our irrigation system to stop the outside flooding. Rick is an experienced, skilled professional. He took us through the process with confidence from beginning to end. Their clean-up was impeccable, and so appreciated. We highly recommend them to deliver a honest, professional, and quality project. Also, a shout out to Zac our salesman! We immediately knew he was very experienced with irrigation/ flooding problems. He was honest, no pressure and genuinely wanted to give us the best solution.

I got two other quotes from other foundation repair companies, one of which offered me money if I let them store equipment on my property overnight. Your representative was very courteous and informative. The other two companies' quotes were the same as yours, so your sales representative was the reason why I chose LRE Foundation Repair. Plus, he didn't offer me any money under the table. I look for honesty in a company. It's my number one criteria.

The way everyone from the sales rep to the working crew made us feel like friends or family while still maintaining professionalism. That's what set LRE apart. Also, the comprehensive explanation of what we were to expect from the project from beginning to end. It was great working with you all. We are happy with the project.

Jordan, Gabe, Kent, Max and the team was under our 100 year-old-house repairing and replacing the foundation and leveling for the last two days. Some of the old stone piers were replaced and additional shoring up was done. Periodic maintenance will most like be required, and with their excellent care we will be glad to call on them again. Carlos was great! He committed every day and took me in there and explained everything and answered all of my questions. The crew was polite and cleaned up. I appreciated that Tyler gave me a range of options and did not use scare tactics. He explained things and LRE was more affordable and didn't try to scare me like [the competitor]. 

The entire experience from start to finish was remarkable. Our supervisor, Rick, was courteous, educational, and professional during the length of the project. Tim and his team did a fantastic job. They finished ahead of schedule and answered all of my questions, as well as implemented agreed-upon changes while still managing to finish early. Tim approached his job with a great degree of professionalism. I would recommend both him and his company. 

I can barely tell any work was done in my yard. Property looked exactly as it did when they started to when they finished. It was a great crew. Everybody cooperated and worked together, and there was no argument or no problems with any of them. There was no foul language or anything. As a business owner myself, you guys run a very, very good company. Thank you for your service. Even the day they had to miss for the company safety meeting and company appreciation party was wonderful. It's something that we do in our company as well.

We called LRE because our yard is prone to flooding and we wanted to take a proactive approach before it became a larger problem. LRE installed a comprehensive drainage system in the yard and tied in our giant indoor flowerpot to the drainage system. No more standing water, with one exception so far -- When Tropical Storm Debby just came through there was a massive amount of water and the system became submerged. It was pumping water for some 24 hours straight, and while things got dicey at times, the water never got above the doors. I am fairly confident in that the system LRE put in more than paid for itself within a single season. In fact, I think they saved our house! Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The crew that completed the install were friendly and professional. The office staff were very kind and helpful. Their follow through and attention to detail are amazing.

Customer service was excellent from the very beginning. They explained the process thoroughly and were available to answer all of our questions. The crew was also extremely professional and they were always on time -- The project was done on schedule! We are very pleased with LRE and would recommend this company to anyone!

Carlos was five stars! He was so communicative, and nice!! He was also so respectful of doing his best not to disturb us because we work from home. He did a great job explaining the project and how it all went. We evaluated 3 different companies. We chose LRE for its demonstrated professionalism (loved receiving the informational guide before the inspection), the proven track record, ability to clearly explain what needed to be done to help our house, the fair pricing, and quality of all employees we interacted with.

"We're so excited to be reviving our 100+-year-old cottage. Most of the piers had sunk or were deteriorating, and about half the rim joists were dust. Walking through it was like the floor of a fun house at a carnival. LRE also repaired the floor of a large bathroom in the main house that was maybe even worse than the floor in the cottage before they started. Tavian and his crew, Johnny and Henry, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and productive over the course of the week at our site. They had a solid plan and made good decisions to keep everything on pace while ensuring the areas of most need got the extra attention they deserved. Tavian took the time to check in every morning and evening to discuss the plan for each day and to walk me through the work that was done. They gave good, complete answers to my questions and remained open to discussing and addressing conditions that were discovered with the tear-out. I feel like we can expect another 100 years of life for this cottage now that LRE has given her new legs. You really can't go wrong with this team for your foundation needs."

I cannot say enough about how happy I have been with your employees from the salesman to the workers. Rob and Adam went above and beyond my expectations. And because of them I will be calling in the fall to have my driveway done. I have been in Florida 10 years and it's been hard to find a company that does what they say.
