This crawl space was in rough shape. Standing water caused a humidity issue that was impacting the home in several ways. This humidity and mold growth can contribute to illness in the people who live in the home. Team DryZone came and removed the damaged insulation and floor debris. We also applied Mold-X to the floor joists which removed the stains from the previous mold growth and also helped prevent future mold growth. Clean Space with Drainage Matting and Clean Space Pier Wrap helped prevent underground water seepage. The final touch was a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier which will control humidity going forward.
