Before & After Photos

From an exposed, moisture-prone crawl space to a clean and fully protected area beneath the home. Our team installed a crawl space encapsulation system designed to create a barrier against ground moisture and help maintain more consistent humidity levels. This transformation gives the homeowner a cleaner, drier crawl space and lasting protection for their investment.

Crawl space encapsulation using CleanSpace and Drainage Matting creates a barrier between the home and the earth below, helping prevent the harmful effects of ground moisture.

A home in Lewes, Delaware had some damage from water. After giving DryZone a call, their worries were finally resolved.

This homeowner had a basement with a wall crack that was repaired a couple years ago and it failed again.  They called DryZone out and our Designer showed them the FlexiSpan Wall Crack repair system.  This system is designed to flex with the wall during the temperature changes. The repair has a 5 year warranty, transferable if they decide to sell the home.

This is an amazing transformation, but it is one accomplished every day by DryZone! This crawl space had suffered from high humidity for years. The weight of the water in the air was pulling down the insulation, along with providing a habitat which led to microbial growth and poor air quality in the home.  This transformation included a full encapsulation with CleanSpace liner and the installation of a SaniDry dehumidifier. This homeowner was thrilled with the work completed by our crews, including our electrician. From beginning to end, DryZone created an amazing transformation which will improve the longevity of the home and the health of the people inside for years to come.
