Before & After Photos

The Before Picture is a Support Post, that is failing. The Floor is Sagging. French Doors are hard to open and close.

The After Picture is one of The newly installed Smart Jacks. The Floor is no longer sagging. The French Doors now function properly.

The before photo shows concrete that has settled into the void. The after photo shows how we repaired and stabilized the sidewalk with PolyLevel. 

The Before Picture Shows the crawlspace of a home, that the owner said was unsafe. The support post,that is pictured has tilted.

The After Picture shows a new steel I Beam and Smart Jacks. This corrected the sagging and "unsafe" floor.

Before photo shows unsupported posts with horrible outdated footings which are causing the home to have an unlevel floor. The after photo shows the state of the SmartJack system and supplemental beam made with galvanized steel. This fixes the homeowner's current issues and will prevent them from happening again. 

The Before picture shows cracking at the base of this home.

The After picture shows Push Piers being installed. Saber uses Push Piers to stabilize foundations.The cracks in the Before picture were caused by a settling foundation.
