Before & After Photos

This is a before photo of the gap created above the kitchen cabinet, caused by sagging floors.

This is an after photo of the gap being closed by installing smart jacks to support the floor. 

The before photo shows the crack in the wall caused by sagging floors. 

The after photos show the crack closing after we apply Smart Jacks to support the sagging floors.

The Before picture shows a home's crawlspace. The home is sitting on the foundation without a strong connection.

The After picture shows a Universal Foundation Plate attaching the foundation to the homes mud seal. This picture also shows the A35 Framing Angle that connects the home to the mud seal. These two components stabilize the home to the foundation.

Saber completed a lift in Buena Park, using push piers.  These pictures indicate the severity of the foundation issue, with the cracks in the interior walls.  In the Before photo you will see the significant crack in a bedroom wall, and the After photo shows that crack closed up once the lift was preformed.  Wall cracks, sticking windows, and doors that jam are all signs of foundation and structural issues in a home.
