Concrete Replacement

The Before Picture is of a areas that is being prepared for Push Pier Installation.

The After Picture shows the area after the Push Pier Installation. Concrete has been poured to fill the holes, and the area has been cleaned up.

The before photo shows the sill plate that needs bracing for strength.

The during photo shows how we install the row of bolts in to the sill plate.

The after photo shows the way we bolt the bracket on to the footing, securing the sill plate to the footing.

The Before picture shows a Crawlspace under a home with sagging floors.

The After picture shows all metal Smart Jacks,and a metal cross beam, installed to correct this issue.
