Saber Foundation Repair lifted and leveled the concrete around a home for family in El Cajon concerned about their neighbors tripping while walking past their house.

The before photo shows a large slab of concrete that has settled into a void underneath. This has caused a tripping hazard on the homeowner's sidewalk. We fixed the problem as shown in the after photo with our PolyLevel solution. Now the homeowners don't have to worry about anyone's safety around their home. 

The before-photo shows concrete slabs that are in the beginning stages of settlement. If not take care of, the concrete with get worse over time which is not only an eyesore but a real-life safety hazard. To fix this pending disaster we used our PolyLevel solution to lift and stabilize the concrete slabs as you can see in the after-photo.

This stem wall repair project in Borrego Springs, California showcases the process of restoring a damaged concrete foundation wall. The “before” photo reveals significant surface deterioration and cracking along the base of the garage wall, which had been caused by years of moisture exposure and corrosion of the reinforcing steel.

Our team carefully removed the deteriorated concrete, cleaned and treated the exposed rebar to prevent future oxidation, and then applied a fresh layer of structural repair mortar to rebuild the wall’s strength and appearance. The “after” photo shows a smooth, reinforced finish ready for sealing and paint.
