Before & After Photos

The before photo shows a foundation with major issues with their foundation. The after photo shows how we used our patented NeveRust™ Stem Wall Repair System to repair and restore the home's foundation. 

This San Diego home had a deteriorating exterior stem wall with cracking and spalling along the foundation line. Our crew removed loose, damaged concrete, treated the affected areas, rebuilt the stem wall with structural repair methods, and finished with a smooth protective surface to help block future moisture intrusion. Saber was contracted to repair a home with severe settlement issues.  The walls had major seperation from the floor and there was a giant crack in the slab.  The effects of PolyLEVEL™ are immediate and amazing.  Check out this before and after of the slab crack, and the how PolyLEVEL injection foam was used to close the gap.  AMAZING!

The After Picture shows the result of the cracked concrete being cut out and removed, and new concrete being poured. 

The before photo shows a sidewalk with a slab of concrete that has settled into a void. This is not only an eyesore but a potential tripping hazard. To correct this problem, we used our poly level service to lift and stabilize the slab. To give a seamless finish we used our state-of-the-art NexusPro Sealant. As shown in the after photo, the concrete looks as good as new and has very little evidence that we were ever there.
