Uneven concrete and visible cracking can quickly turn into safety hazards and costly structural issues—especially in areas like Los Angeles where soil movement and ground settling are common. In this project, the homeowner was dealing with significant slab separation and cracking that created both trip hazards and drainage concerns.

Our team at Saber Foundation Repair used PolyLevel® concrete lifting and leveling to stabilize and raise the sunken slab back to its proper position. Once the concrete was restored, we sealed all cracks and joints using NexusPro® joint sealant, helping prevent water intrusion and future deterioration.

The result is a safer, smoother surface with long-term protection against soil movement and moisture damage. Addressing these issues early helps extend the life of the concrete and avoids more extensive repairs down the road.
