PolyLEVEL™ was used to stabilize and lift this home.  The effects of PolyLEVEL™ are immediate.  You can see the result in this before and after as the door had a gap at the top when closed, once the PolyLEVEL™ was injected the gap is now closed and the door is much easier to open and close. 

The homeowner’s porch was uneven, causing water to pool against the foundation. This issue led to concerns about potential damage and required immediate attention.

Saber Foundation Repair addressed the problem by:

1. Stabilizing the Concrete: PolyLevel® foam injection was used to lift and level the porch.
2. Protecting the Concrete: NexusPro® joint sealant was applied to prevent water infiltration

The porch and driveway were effectively stabilized and leveled. 

These concrete steps were sinking and and had become detached from a wall. Saber's PolyLevel process stabilized these steps.

The After picture shows the walkway after the PolyLevel Injection. The white spot is the excess PolyLevel material after the void was filled. This was cleaned up by our crew.
