The Before Picture shows a interior cracking wall in a home.
The After Picture shows the void being filled with Polyurethane. The white puddles will be removed when this Polyurethane hardens. This void had caused both interior cracking and exterior cracking in this home.
The before photo shows a slab of concrete that has settles into a void. Instead of doing Mudjacking which is an outdated method for concrete repair. We use the best method for concrete repairs PolyLevel which uses a small dime-sized hole for injection and takes little time to install. As shown in the after photo the tripping hazard caused by the settlement is completely gone and with little evidence, we were ever there.

The After picture shows the foundation being stabilized with Push Piers.
Foundation piering job also required epoxy crack sealing and repair in crawl space and along the outer side of the foundation. Thousand Oaks, Ca
This project in Vista, CA involved repairing a vertical foundation wall crack using high-strength reinforcement straps designed to stabilize and prevent further movement. The wall showed signs of structural stress and cracking, commonly caused by soil pressure and moisture changes in the surrounding ground.
Our team prepared the surface, sealed the crack, and installed structural wall straps to permanently reinforce the damaged area. This system helps distribute pressure across the wall, stopping further cracking and improving long-term stability. Reinforcement systems like these are widely used to stabilize cracked or bowing foundation walls by bonding directly to the concrete and preventing additional movement .
This repair method is a clean, non-invasive solution that restores structural integrity without the need for major excavation—making it ideal for homes throughout Vista and the greater San Diego area.
