We had AZFS come out to fix our home. I had a different experience than my husband. Chris came out for our first appointment. I could tell he was very good at his job, but I didn’t understand a lot of it like my husband. He took the time to explain what he was saying in 2-3 different ways till I understood. You have no idea how helpful that was, especially considering how much it could cost us. I must have called, text or emailed Chris about 20 times through the whole process. He picked up or responded immediately or within the same day to keep me at ease, even when the installation crew was out, I called to be reminded of what they were doing. I have to say, I had zero knowledge of foundations and after having Chris and the crews here, I’m almost an expert. I highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to all!

We had to have a house "raised and leveled" due to the soil conditions. We retained AZ Foundation Solutions to do the work. They did an excellent job and were professional in every way. Special kudos to our crew of Steve, Jose, Gorge and Sarah.

We had piles installed around part of the perimeter of our home and jacks down the center. The crew, led by Steven was excellent and made sure we were comfortable with all that was going on. Every time I called our salesman, Freddy, I received a prompt reply. Even though it was expensive, I am relieved that our home has been properly repaired and that the warranty is transferrable. Arizona Foundation Solutions just completed the repairs on our house that was sinking. Cracks everywhere and doors that would not shut. This company was fantastic. Our experience in working with Arizona Foundation Solutions has been excellent. Our sales rep, Ryan Tracey, explained the process clearly and stayed on top of the scheduling process through completion of the work. He was very responsive to our questions and comments. Stabilizing a foundation and slab is a major project. A successful outcome is the result of many factors, with knowledgeable and hard working employees at the forefront. The foreman on our project, Greg Andrew, is a very experienced and dedicated person who made sure the project was done right. His commitment to doing the best job possible is impressive. Despite long hours working in hot and dusty conditions, Greg and his crew put forth their best efforts 100% of the time. In addition to Greg, two newly employed workers, Alfonso and Isaac followed Greg's lead and quickly embraced his work ethic and commitment to doing the job right. They maintained a positive attitude with good attitudes despite long hours of hard work. Upon completion of the foundation work, slab stabilization work was performed by Sara. This lady is amazing. Knowing we were trying to complete the work in order to facilitate carpet installation, Sara arrived at our house promptly at 0800, having left the valley 4 hours earlier. She too is very experienced and methodical in the performance of her work. She was 100% committed to doing the work successfully and in a timely manner. While it will take time to assess the effectiveness of the stabilization project, we already can see positive results in the form of formerly problematic doors and windows which now are opening properly. A word of caution: If you are having work done inside the house as part of the solution, pay attention to the company's recommendations for mitigating the effect of dust created in the process. This, coupled with hiring someone to help with the clean up process will be well worth it. We believe we made the right decision in selecting Arizona Foundation Solutions to do this job. Our home advisor is Brian Guthrie, he is very professional, great attitude and fun to be around. Brian went over everything with us,, and it was obvious that he looked over our engineering report before talking to us so he knew our issues. Although Arizona Foundations was more expensive then another foundation guy, their thoroughness and expertise helped our decision to hire Arizona Foundation Solutions to correct our home issues.

Whew! We really didn't need any work on our foundation. Call me a worry-wort. I called this company to come look at some cracks in our foundation and tile lifting a hair on our floor... looked like trouble to me. Marcel drove 3 hours from Phoenix to look it over and determined that while we might want to have a tile floor specialist come and re-grout the tile, he didn't see any issues with the foundation that needed repair. Relief. What a nice guy and an honest company! Thank you very much!

Well there hasn't been any groundwork done yet, but if it turns out as professional as the experience that I have had with Brian Guthrie. Then I should be impressed. Mr. Guthrie is a man that doesn't demand respect, he truly earns your respect. From the first time I met Mr. Guthrie he expressed concern for my foundation issues and answered my questions with extensive knowledge of what the causes of my foundation issues may be and what needs to be done to correct them. About 9 months ago we tested for radon in our new house and the level was 5 pCi/L. The FDA says anything over 4.0 should be mitigated, and the WHO says anything over 2.7 should be mitigated due to the cancer risk from radon exposure. We called AZ Foundation Solutions and their engineers reviewed our floor plans designed a mitigation system which they installed. We waited about 9 months for the system to do its job and then retested. We were very happy to see the results. In the two rooms we tested, one was 0.7 and the other was 1.0, well below acceptable levels. The AZ Foundation Solutions system really works! We had one communication problem but the company addressed it.

I was networked to Bob Brown through an excellent handyman that I’ve used. I thought that certain slabs on my cement driveway were sinking. Bob came out to my house and actually suggested my problem was exactly the opposite. Because of some poor rain water drainage in various areas around the house, moisture was actually building up in the soil under the cement slabs both in the driveway and other parts of the house. Bob then explained that, as the soil under the house gained moisture, it pushed up the concrete. So my problem was not “droppage” but rather too much moisture. Bob felt that the issue was not so severe at this time that his company should do any work on the issue. Rather, he suggested adding more gutters around the house and also improving the drainage from the existing gutters to get the water away from the foundation. I really appreciate Bob’s competency and fairness. He didn’t try to “sell” something that wasn’t right.

We just had Barry Anderson do our moisture level system and this guy is one of the best workers I have ever had work for me. He was very knowledgeable, and explained the process along the way. This increased my trust for the overall company and I would highly recommend Arizona foundation solutions to anybody needing this type of work on their home!
