Thank you for your assistance in providing emergency support services to stabilize the foundation supporting the north wall of building after the foundation had been under-mined by a broken water supply line. You and the crew responded immediately, on short notice, at the end of the day on Friday and worked until 3:00 am on Saturday to ensure that the foundation of the building was supported to avoid collapse and to allow for the plumbing contractor to safely access the under-ground plumbing line below the front of the building. Your quick response to the call is greatly appreciated by all involved in the project.

The stem wall repair person actually gave me a discount when he came out to do the work when he noticed that the amount quoted was a little too high because I didn't need as many repairs as they first anticipated. I was very impressed by the honesty of not only that person, but the obvious culture of honesty at the company. I wanted to have an engineering analysis performed prior to construction plans being made. Other companies I contacted weren't very clear about how their process worked and how they made their repair plans. AZ Foundation Solutions provided clear engineering analyses along with the repair plan. 

Chris Ortiz, Residential Consultant of Arizona Foundation Solutions, met with us on 04/21/2021 to go over the Engineer's Report of solutions to repair our home's foundation which has settled. Chris provided us with the exact cost for these repairs in a manner that made it much more palatable. Chris is very well informed, friendly and a real asset to AZ Foundation Solutions.

We called AZ Foundation Solutions to fix our home. We heard foundation work could be costly so we called not expecting to be happy about it. We were wrong. Our Consultant Chris came out for an inspection and just talking to him put us at ease. He was very friendly and seemed like he had been in the field for years! He answered all our questions and let us know what to expect. We decided to do Engineering so we could find out what was happening to our home. Chris again came out and explained our Report in full detail! We were together so long we felt like he was apart of the family. He let us know what to expect and what possibilities could also arise. We decided to do the work. What we were most happy about was this, everything Chris told us to expect, including the timeline and potential for hiccups happened like he explained to us. We had Fernando and Danny come out and install Piles and Jacks and they did everything they said they were going to do. By far the best experience with a Contractor we’ve ever had! We highly recommend AZFS to all, as a matter of fact, we referred a friend and understand Chris was able to take care of them too!
