I'm in the process of purchasing the home listed above. Two concrete slabs have heaved/settled/cracked. One is an approximate 4X4ft slab in front of the front porch (cracked in half). The second is in front of the garage on a standard driveway slab (cracked all the width of the slab about a third of the way out from the garage door).
