Your representative, Jesse, was very good! He gave us all the information we needed for our project. He had samples and information on hand when he arrived to our home. He was very knowledgeable on the requirements for our project. The crew, Paul and Bill, are very knowledgeable, two very hard workers. Like our sons, Betty fell in love with them, two great young men. Betty and I will definitely refer Badger Basement Systems as #1.

Ron was very thorough in inspecting our basement site and answered all our questions. The two gentlemen who worked the first day worked extremely hard. I could not believe the amount of work the accomplished on a very hot, humid day!

I met with Jesse at a home show.  He was excellent.  The crew went above and beyond.  I couldn't be more pleased with everything beginning to the finished product.   

Our sales specialist, Jesse, was thorough and clear. We selected Badger because the assessment of our problem was clear and price was reasonable. I'm totally satisfied with the work that was done.

Willy listened to my concerns. He took pictures and explained what needed to be done. I felt informed after his presentation. The crew was courteous, efficient, and punctual. They knew what they were doing. The cleanup was great! We have had heating and electrical specialists in the crawlspace since the work was done and they said it was very impressive.

The office staff was great and helped us move up our date a few days to keep on schedule with subsequent contractors.  The guys that came were respectful and hard working.  Paul, our foreman made us feel comfortable from the get go, informative and he was fun to watch instructing and teaching newer crew members on various days. 

Ellen reached out to us and we completed a project of encapsulating her crawlspace in her home. When Ellen wrote back to us regarding her post installation survey she had wonderful things to say about our products and the crew that was out there to complete the work. One thing she wrote was "I have worked with many contractors overtime and your business is at the top of the list." We absolutely love hearing things like that!

I felt our sales specialist, Jesse, and his presentation were very good. His professionalism and Badger Basement Systems quick response time is what lead us to hire them to repair our crawl space.

Your installers were courteous, prompt and took the time to explain every step of the installation.  My crawlspace is actually quite large but cramped.  It was a 4 day job so I imagine the job was slow and tedious yet they completed it ahead of schedule.  All the guys were true pros who really threw themselves into the work.  I'd recommend Badger to EVERYONE!
