Wanted to jack up slab so water ran away from building, was hoping slab looked better when your crew was done.  Your crew not only made it look better, I thought it was perfect!  They blended in concrete slabs perfectly; I was completely satisfied with your work.

The representative was very thorough.  He explained the process well and followed up afterwards to assure satisfaction.  The crew was very courteous and called ahead of their arrival.  They went right to work.  The cleanup was absolutely satisfactory.  I was surprised by the effort made not to make a mess.  Putting plastic bags around each of the injection points was very smart.  They were professional, fast and effective in both cost and results.  I would definitely recommend Badger Basement and Jim's team!

Tim was very courteous and informative while he was here. We chose Badger based on the fact that the installation was less invasive than mudjacking and PolyLevel appears to be more likely to hold up against the elements.  The crew arrived on time and was very friendly while here.  The left the job site perfectly clean.  Badger Basement had no hidden fees.  Everyone was great to work with.  You are a great company.

The office staff was very nice!  The representative (Tim Gray) was excellent!  I chose badger basement because of the new technology backed by excellent info, they were recommended by my landscape architect and the company's reputation.  The crew was definitely courteous and very personable. 

All I can say is "Wow!". My wife and I had the pleasure of having Gene and Tim over to waterproof our basement and I could not have asked for a better crew. From start to finish they kept us apprised of what was going on when updates were warranted. The expertise and customer service were both top-notch. I have seen your trucks running around town, other people who had you do their work told me about you.  I thought the sales rep was really nice and honest and told me the way it would work.  I have only heard good things about you folks and you stand behind your work.  They called me and told me they would be a little late because of blown tire and they were really nice.  The boys really did a good job of cleaning down stairs and going out the front door.  I'm glad I had you folks do the job from the start, nice people, they clean up after themselves and you could trust them when you are gone.

Scott Seavert was very informative and gave a very good presentation and carefully explained how you guys do the job.  I chose Badger basement Systems because of Scott Seavert's presentation and I needed to have the work done.  The crew was courteous and worked diligently.  They explained what they were doing while doing it.  The clean was satisfactory and they did a good job!  To all who were involved with this project, Scott, the work crew and the girls in the office, you made me a happy man.  With all the rain we have had since the system was installed at the end of April, my basement has been bone dry!

Every interaction I had with a Badger Basement employee was amazing, from the estimate to the installation.  We chose them because they appeared to be the most knowledgeable and helpful.  Other companies would have made me hire another company to cut the studs and get the permit on my own.  It was nice that I didn’t have to worry about things like that with everything else going on.  The crew was great!  I was so impressed with Badger Basement and the entire process.  I’ve had work done on my house in the past and had less than professional crews, but the installation crew was incredibly professional and friendly.  I couldn’t have imagined this process going any better.  My house flooding was such a stressful situation and everybody there made it a little easier to deal with.  Thank you!          

I have heard your name on the radio, TV and from a friend and people that I know.  Tim Gray was very good, nice and knew a lot about the system I needed.  There was no pressure in buying and I liked that a lot.  He WOWed us.  We chose Badger Basement because you are the best, do good work and have been doing it since 1975.  What does that say?!  The crew was really nice and courteous.  Richie, Dan and Joel the plumber did a good job.  The cleanup was great inside and out.  We now have no more shopvacing and mopping up water due to a flooded basement.  I should have gotten it fixed when we got married and bought the house.  Keep up the good work!

Scott was very good and honest. I never thought to even contact anyone else because I've only heard great things about you guys. Tim and Paul were very courteous, informative, and friendly! We were highly satisfied with the clean up-this was our biggest worry (dust settlement, etc.) and we were pleasantly surprised! We knew you guys were good but you even exceeded our expectations!
