Dark areas on the foundation can be a sign of water seeping through, here we used CleanSpace to help prevent moisture and odor from continuing to come into the basement. 

When she started to notice that the carpet was wet in her La Crosse, WI basement, this customer decided to give us a call.  Upon inspection, it was found that there was not only water coming in from around the perimeter but also through the window. 

We installed WaterGuard around part of the basement along with a SuperSump pumping system and a WellDuct to drain the window well.  Now she has a fresh, dry start and can go back to enjoying her basement area.

Jessica reached out to us when she couldn't find a solution to her window wells filling with water. She initially thought it was the actual well that was the issue but unfortunately after replacing that she was actually having more problems, that is when she reached out to us to find her a permanent solution!

When window wells fill with water we have the solution, we call it a WellDuct. This drains the water from the window well into the water control system installed in the floor of the basement

At this home we installed a full WaterControl Systems along the floor perimeter, as well as our BrightWall system to give it a nice finished looked without actually finishing the basement. We also installed an Egress window here for safety!
