The guys were very diligent and nice. They explained everything they did and cleaned up everything when finished each day.

The salesperson gave me all the options to keep my basement dry and let me choose. Did not pressure me or tell me what I "needed" to have done. Also informed me that if I wanted to do more at a later date, this would not be a problem. The installation crew was on time, friendly, and explained the procedure and what needed to be done. 

Keep up the good work. Everyone from the salesperson, the office staff, and the fieldworkers were very nice. They all did their work well. Thanks for a job well done.

Cliff & I would like you to know that Nacho and his partner were very friendly, cheerful and very good workers. They did a very good clean-up job. I trust the system that was installed. We have no water pumping out at this time, but now I have peace of mind when it rains. I would also like too thank Jim Chase, who answered all my questions and explained the Sure-Dry basement system to us.

Jose & helper were amazing. They worked so hard and fast and cleaned up so well. They did a great job. I have never seen two men work any harder. They were great! Thank you. Jim Chase was also very good. He alwasy answered his phone & was very helpful.

We had our basement repaired and waterproofed by three great men who work for you. They did such a great job and were so nice and friendly and neat. They were a pleasure to have them working in our condo basement. I am not real sure about their names, but one was Jaime, another was I think Jose and the third was a large man, I don't know his name, but he was like super man carrying things upstairs and downstairs. They were so pleasant to have them here. Then when they were all done in the basement, they swpt and vaccumed the whole basement and even swept the garage. They worked very hard all the time. You are lucky to have such good workers.
