The SureDry team did a great job of giving thorough explanations of options and both positives and negatives beforehand. Love my new Santa Fe dehumidifier and don't mind going down to the basement anymore. Within just a few days the humidity was down and the basement smelled much better. Humidity was at about 70% and dropped down to almost 50% in just 2 or 3 days. Well worth the money spent. Thank you!

Mario and his team worked extremely well together. They were efficient, knowledgeable about products and requirements, and very friendly.
