Before:

The driveway was left smooth, sealed, and ready for long-lasting performance and curb appeal.

Before: A homeowner in Plymouth, WI began noticing sections of the concrete walkway around the garage leading to the side service door and basement entrance had started to sink and crack. This advanced concrete lifting system is installed through small injection ports and expands beneath the slab to fill voids and restore proper support. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, fast-curing, and designed to resist future washout beneath the concrete surfaces.
To help protect the repaired concrete from future moisture intrusion, the crew also sealed the joints and cracks using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant. This flexible sealant helps reduce water penetration beneath the slabs, which can contribute to additional settlement and cracking over time. The completed concrete leveling project restored safer access around the garage and basement entrance while improving the overall appearance and functionality of the exterior walkways.

Once the lifting work was finished, the joints and cracks were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help keep water from getting back underneath the concrete. By the end of the project, the driveway had smoother transitions, the walkway to the front door was much safer to use, and the entire front of the property looked cleaner and more level overall.

Before:
In Laona, a homeowner noticed uneven sections forming across their garage floor. The garage floor is now smooth, level, and protected against future water infiltration and settlement.

Before:
At this home in Wrightstown, WI, the front sidewalk had sunk several inches over time, creating a large step up at the front porch. Not only was it difficult to walk on, but it had become a serious trip hazard for anyone coming to the front door.

Like many concrete surfaces in Wisconsin, shifting soils and years of freeze/thaw cycles had caused the slabs to settle unevenly. Water was also getting underneath the concrete through open joints, continuing to wash out the soil below and making the problem worse.

After:
Instead of tearing out and replacing the sidewalk, our team repaired it using PolyLevel® concrete lifting foam and NexusPro® joint sealant.

We carefully lifted the sunken sidewalk back into position using PolyLevel, a lightweight expanding foam that fills voids beneath the slab and stabilizes the soil underneath. Once everything was level again, we sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro to help prevent future water intrusion and settlement.

Now the sidewalk is:
✔️Level with the front porch
✔️ Safe and easy to walk on
✔️ Protected from future washout and settling

The homeowner was able to restore the appearance and safety of their front entryway without the mess, cost, or downtime of replacing the concrete.
