Uneven, Cracked Concrete Driveway Leveled & Stabilized In Plymouth, WI

Before:
A homeowner in Plymouth noticed their concrete driveway had begun to sink and crack, creating uneven joints and a rough appearance. The settling slabs allowed water to pool near the garage and seep between joints, accelerating damage and making the surface unsafe to walk on.

After:
Sure-Dry lifted and stabilized the settled concrete using PolyLevel® to restore the driveway to its proper height. Once leveled, and SealantPro™ was added as a protective coating to extend the life of the concrete and prevent future damage.

The driveway was left smooth, sealed, and ready for long-lasting performance and curb appeal.

Concrete Walkway Repaired in Plymouth, WI

Before: A homeowner in Plymouth, WI began noticing sections of the concrete walkway around the garage leading to the side service door and basement entrance had started to sink and crack. Uneven slab transitions created tripping hazards near both entry points, while gaps between the concrete sections allowed water to collect and drain toward the home during periods of heavy rain and snowmelt. These settlement issues are common throughout Sheboygan County and Eastern Wisconsin where freeze-thaw cycles and shifting soils gradually weaken the support beneath exterior concrete surfaces.
The homeowner started researching concrete lifting, concrete leveling, and concrete floor repair options after learning that traditional mudjacking and slab jacking methods can add substantial weight beneath already unstable soils and may not provide the long-term stabilization they wanted for the walkways surrounding the garage.
After: Sure-Dry repaired the settled concrete using PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to carefully raise and stabilize the walkway slabs leading to the side garage door and basement entrance. This advanced concrete lifting system is installed through small injection ports and expands beneath the slab to fill voids and restore proper support. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, fast-curing, and designed to resist future washout beneath the concrete surfaces.
To help protect the repaired concrete from future moisture intrusion, the crew also sealed the joints and cracks using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant. This flexible sealant helps reduce water penetration beneath the slabs, which can contribute to additional settlement and cracking over time. The completed concrete leveling project restored safer access around the garage and basement entrance while improving the overall appearance and functionality of the exterior walkways.

Sunken Concrete Driveway Slabs Repaired in Plymouth, WI

Before: A homeowner in Plymouth, WI had started noticing more and more uneven spots throughout the driveway and front walkway leading to the house. Several slabs had sunk over the years, creating rough transitions when pulling into the driveway and making the walkway to the front entrance uneven to walk across. Water was also starting to collect in the lower sections after rain, and the gaps between slabs continued opening up more each season.
Like many homes around Sheboygan County, years of freeze-thaw weather and moisture working beneath the concrete had slowly caused the supporting soil to settle. The homeowner wanted to get the concrete leveled back out before the uneven slabs became an even bigger safety issue or required full replacement.

After: Sure-Dry used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to lift and stabilize the sunken driveway and front walkway slabs. By injecting the foam beneath the concrete, the crew was able to fill the voids underneath and carefully raise the affected sections back closer to level without tearing out the existing concrete. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and helps avoid adding extra weight to already shifting soils beneath the slabs.
Once the lifting work was finished, the joints and cracks were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help keep water from getting back underneath the concrete. By the end of the project, the driveway had smoother transitions, the walkway to the front door was much safer to use, and the entire front of the property looked cleaner and more level overall.

Concrete Garage Floor Cracks Sealed and Repaired in Laona, WI

Before:
In Laona, a homeowner noticed uneven sections forming across their garage floor. Years of freeze-thaw cycles and soil settlement had caused the concrete to sink and separate at the control joints, creating gaps and uneven edges that made parking and cleaning difficult. Water also began pooling near the foundation, increasing the risk of further slab movement.

After:
Technicians injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled areas to lift and stabilize the concrete back to its proper height. Once level, NexusPro® sealant was applied to all joints and cracks to create a flexible, watertight barrier that resists seasonal expansion and contraction.

The garage floor is now smooth, level, and protected against future water infiltration and settlement.

Concrete Sidewalk Lifting & Repair in Wrightstown, WI

Before:
At this home in Wrightstown, WI, the front sidewalk had sunk several inches over time, creating a large step up at the front porch. Not only was it difficult to walk on, but it had become a serious trip hazard for anyone coming to the front door.

Like many concrete surfaces in Wisconsin, shifting soils and years of freeze/thaw cycles had caused the slabs to settle unevenly. Water was also getting underneath the concrete through open joints, continuing to wash out the soil below and making the problem worse.

After:
Instead of tearing out and replacing the sidewalk, our team repaired it using PolyLevel® concrete lifting foam and NexusPro® joint sealant.

We carefully lifted the sunken sidewalk back into position using PolyLevel, a lightweight expanding foam that fills voids beneath the slab and stabilizes the soil underneath. Once everything was level again, we sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro to help prevent future water intrusion and settlement.

Now the sidewalk is:
✔️Level with the front porch
✔️ Safe and easy to walk on
✔️ Protected from future washout and settling

The homeowner was able to restore the appearance and safety of their front entryway without the mess, cost, or downtime of replacing the concrete.
