In the before photo, notice the problematic areas where water was pooling, presenting a significant challenge for the homeowner in Malone, WI. This issue is not uncommon and can lead to long-term damage if not addressed promptly. To resolve this, we utilized our advanced PolyLevel system to successfully raise and level the concrete, ensuring proper drainage. Additionally, our NexusPro sealant expertly sealed the joints, providing durable protection against water intrusion. As evident in the after photo, Sure Dry effectively restored this concrete area, offering enhanced durability and peace of mind.
Before: A homeowner in Malone, WI had a garage floor that was starting to show some serious wear from years of settling and cracking. Parts of the floor had dropped enough that the concrete was noticeably uneven when parking vehicles or walking through the garage. Cracks throughout the slab had also continued spreading over time, and moisture was starting to work its way into the open joints and damaged areas. Around Fond du Lac County, freeze-thaw weather and shifting soils underneath garages like this can slowly cause slabs to settle out of place year after year.
The homeowner wanted to get the garage floor leveled back out before the cracking and settlement became even worse. Replacing the entire floor would have been expensive and disruptive, so they started looking into concrete lifting and concrete leveling options instead.
After: Sure-Dry used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to carefully lift and stabilize the settled garage floor slab. By injecting the foam beneath the concrete, the crew was able to fill the empty spaces underneath and raise the sunken sections back closer to level without tearing out the existing floor. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and helps avoid adding extra stress to already shifting soils beneath the slab.
After the lifting work was complete, the cracks and joints were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help keep moisture from working back underneath the floor. By the end of the project, the garage floor looked much cleaner, felt more solid underfoot, and had far smoother transitions throughout the slab.

Before:
A homeowner in Crandon had settled driveway and walkway slabs with widening joints and cracks. The uneven surfaces created trip hazards and let water seep between slabs, causing puddling near the garage and worsening freeze–thaw damage.
After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled slabs to fill voids and precisely lift the concrete back to a level, properly pitched position. Then we sealed joints and cracks with NexusPro®, a flexible, UV-resistant sealant (installed over backer where needed) and finished with color-match sand for a clean look.
The surfaces are now level, safer to use, and better protected against water intrusion and seasonal movement.
In Mount Calvary, this homeowner contacted us because their sinking driveway was becoming a tripping hazard and getting worse over time. As you can see in the before photo, the voids beneath the concrete were creating uneven surfaces. We used our PolyLevel system, injecting high-strength foam to stabilize and lift the slabs back into a safe position. To prevent future damage and keep out water, we applied NexusPro Joint Sealant, ensuring durable protection against weather and soil erosion. In the after photo, the driveway is level and secure once more.
