Our crew first installed the PowerBrace Wall Stabilization System, carefully positioning each galvanized steel beam against the affected foundation wall and securing it to the floor and floor framing above. Wall deflection measurements were recorded during installation, allowing the system to immediately stabilize the wall while providing the opportunity for gradual straightening during future annual service appointments. To address the water intrusion, the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System was installed around the affected basement perimeter to capture groundwater before it reached the basement floor. Water is then directed into the new TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three levels of pumping protection for dependable performance during heavy rains, high groundwater conditions, and power outages. The homeowner now has a permanently stabilized foundation and a comprehensive waterproofing system designed to protect their home for years to come.
