Concrete Driveway Repair in Waupaca, WI

Before: Settling Garage Aprons Caused a Rough Entry

In Waupaca, this homeowner had issues at both their attached and detached garage aprons. Over time, the concrete in front of each garage had sunk, creating a noticeable dip that made driving in and out frustrating—and even a little risky. Open joints were also letting in water, which only made the settling worse with each freeze-thaw cycle.

They wanted everything lifted and sealed to prevent further damage and restore a smoother entry.

After: Lifted, Leveled & Fully Sealed

We raised the sunken slabs at both garage aprons using PolyLevel®, which quickly and cleanly lifts concrete back to its proper height. Then, we sealed all joints and cracks with NexusPro®, a flexible, long-lasting sealant that keeps water out and helps protect the repair long-term.

Now both garage entries are smooth, solid, and sealed—safe to drive on and protected from future settling.

Concrete Driveway with Severe Sunken Slabs Repaired in Lowell, WI

Before: A homeowner in Lowell, WI had reached the point where the concrete driveway and walkway leading to the front door were falling apart faster every season. Large cracks had formed throughout several slabs, sections of the concrete had sunk badly out of level, and parts of the walkway had become rough enough that family and guests had to watch where they stepped coming up to the house. Water was also settling into the low spots after rain, which only continued washing out the soil underneath and making the problem worse over time.
Around Dodge County, severe freeze-thaw weather and years of moisture working under older concrete can really take a toll on driveways and walkways like this. The homeowner wanted to avoid the cost and mess of replacing everything and started looking into concrete lifting and concrete leveling options instead.

After: Sure-Dry used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to lift and stabilize the settled driveway and front walkway slabs. By injecting the foam beneath the concrete, the crew was able to fill the empty spaces underneath and carefully raise several badly sunken sections back closer to level. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and helps avoid putting extra stress on already shifting soils beneath the slabs.
After the lifting work was finished, the crew sealed the large cracks and open joints using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help keep water from getting back underneath the concrete. By the time the project was completed, the driveway and walkway looked dramatically better, the uneven sections were much safer to walk across, and the whole front approach to the home felt cleaned up and more solid again.

Concrete Lifting & Severe Crack Repair In Berlin, WI

Before:
A homeowner in Berlin had settled driveway and walkway slabs with open joints and cracks. The uneven surfaces created trip hazards and allowed water to seep between slabs, causing pooling near the garage and accelerating freeze–thaw damage.

After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled slabs to fill voids and gently lift them back to a level, properly pitched position. We then sealed control joints and cracks with NexusPro®, a flexible, UV-resistant sealant (installed over backer where needed) and finished with color-match sand for a clean look.

The concrete is now level, safer to walk and drive on, and better protected against water intrusion and freeze–thaw cycles.
