SmartJacks, made of galvanized steel, permanently stabilize the first floor from settling right away. In areas where exterior access allowed, the GeoLock Wall Anchor System was installed by embedding steel earth anchors into stable soil beyond the foundation and connecting them to wall plates inside the basement. This system counteracts external pressure and helps pull the walls back toward their original position.
The homeowner now has a permanently stabilized foundation, restoring structural integrity and providing long-term peace of mind.
