Before:
A homeowner in Berlin had settled driveway and walkway slabs with open joints and cracks. The uneven surfaces created trip hazards and allowed water to seep between slabs, causing pooling near the garage and accelerating freeze–thaw damage.
After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled slabs to fill voids and gently lift them back to a level, properly pitched position. We then sealed control joints and cracks with NexusPro®, a flexible, UV-resistant sealant (installed over backer where needed) and finished with color-match sand for a clean look.
The concrete is now level, safer to walk and drive on, and better protected against water intrusion and freeze–thaw cycles.
For this homeowner in Pine River, WI, the unsightly cracks next to their garage were an eyesore and a concern. As you can see in the before photo, the damage seemed daunting. But, with our application of PolyLevel and NexusPro, we transformed the area. Notice in the after photo how seamlessly we repaired the concrete, providing a durable, long-lasting solution that aligns with our mission to deliver a remarkable customer experience and reliable results.
When cracks and joints are left unattended in a concrete slab, it can create an expensive problem. Water will begin to wash away the concrete, creating a greater gap between the concrete. The water will also begin to wash out the soil underneath, the concrete slab will then settle and crack.
To fix this problem for homeowners in Iola, WI, we applied NexusPro to both the cracks and joints. NexusPro is a thick glue that holds the concrete slabs together tightly not letting any water seep through.
A small fix now, fixes a greater future problem which is exactly what these homeowners needed!
