The concrete slab of this garage in White Lake, WI was sinking so bad that it was actually separating away from garage itself, causing a major opening between the floor and walls. Obviously, this was a major problem for the homeowner. The gap would let cold air in, the warm air out, and made an easy path for critters to enter.
