After

A SmartSump crawl space sump pump system was installed to manage groundwater, paired with a secondary SuperSump® system for added pumping capacity and redundancy. The crawl space was fully encapsulated using CleanSpace® vapor barrier along the floor and walls, while RimTight® insulation sealed the rim joists to reduce air leakage and moisture intrusion. To address floor sagging, adjustable SmartJack® support posts were installed and properly load-tested to stabilize and lift the structure. A Sedona® crawl space dehumidifier was added to control humidity and improve air quality.
The crawl space is now dry, sealed, and structurally supported, improving energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and long-term protection for the home.
