We installed the WaterGuard® interior drainage system along the leaking walls to intercept water at the cove joint and channel it to the home’s existing sump discharge point. The perimeter trench was restored with new concrete for a clean finish.

Building codes require that finished basement living areas have an emergency egress - an egress window large enough to allow safe exit out of the space in case of an emergency. A large window well with a step in it must also be used outside the egress window.

The SuperSump® includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. The SuperSump® can also be installed with an optional UltraSump® Battery Backup Sump Pump, which can pump out 11,500 gallons or more on a single charge!
