Our customer, Rick S. was experiencing issues with their crawlspace including standing water. 

An Alford Home Solutions Solution Specialist determined the best course of action to solve the customers issue and recommended waterproofing the crawlspace through encapsulation, as well as installing a flex drain system and drainage matting.

We fixed some bowing walls and added Clean Space for our customer in West Portsmouth, Ohio.

A bowing foundation wall and wet basement were expertly taken care of by Alford Foundation and Crawl Space Repair. We installed a SuperSump Plus to keep water out of this basement. The bowing foundation wall was made secure once more with an EverBrace Wall Restoration System. This building is now dry and structurally supported.
