The customer needed their sidewalk lifted and leveled. 

This covered concrete patio in Elkview, WV, had settled and cracked over time, likely due to soil erosion. This is a sign that the soil beneath cannot support the weight of the concrete. This is why we see both cracks and sinking slabs. The Alford crew stepped in to help the customer and used PolyLevel, a quick-acting solution that permanently lifts and levels concrete slabs. You can best see the results on the step underneath the door. We also sealed the cracks in the concrete slabs using NexusPro, a urethane-based sealant that can stand up to any weather for a long-term bond.
