A beautiful home in Leon, WV, had a concrete porch that was cracking, settling, and in need of some love. The homeowner wanted to protect the life of the porch so they could keep enjoying it with their plants while also keeping it safe and sturdy.

After reaching out to us for an inspection, our crew headed out to fix the porch! We lifted and leveled the concrete using PolyLevel, an innovative, lightweight formula we injected beneath the concrete surface to move the settling porch back into place. Then, we sealed the concrete joints and cracks using NexuPro. This silicone-based sealant is powerful, resisting UV rays and standing up to harsh precipitation and dry summers.

Now the porch is looking like new! The homeowner can enjoy the outdoor space without worrying about trip hazards or further damage.

This concrete porch was sinking away from the brickwork and making the porch uneven. We lifted and leveled the slabs as well as filled the cracks and joints with NexusPro to protect the concrete from sinking in the future.
