Testimonials for Fortress Foundation Solutions

Wow have they built something impressive. They have their heads on straight too. If you need foundation work you must give them a shot at it.

The team was very proactive, personable, provided quality work, and cleaned up after themselves. What else can you ask for?

Worked with Matt to discuss basement flooding, unfortunately not a problem Foundations can remedy due to our house foundation and topography. However my review is to applaud Matt’s honesty, comprehensive explanation and sincere concern for our problem. Thanks, Matt! We’ll keep you in mind for other projects. 👍

Crew did great! Extremely pleased. Thank you to everyone! The crew cleaned up perfectly. Would recommend Fortress to family and friends.

Joe came out to look at a foundation concern I had — it turned out there was nothing to be concerned about. He was super personable and kind and didn’t try to sell me anything which I didn’t need. Very grateful for his time and no pressure approach!

Hard working and very polite. Toby and all of his crew were absolutely wonderful!

We had major foundation stabilisation work done at our home by Fortress Foundation Solutions and are very pleased with their work.Work was scheduled in advance, they showed up when agreed and completed the work within the planned number of days. The crew of 3 consisted of foreman Nick F, supported by Brian D and David G. They were cautious to limit impacting the grounds around the home, and took measures to re-grade and reseed impacted areas. High quaity work, at a substantially lower cost than the quote we got from one of their competitors.

Our house had a bay window that was sagging. From the start, Jack and Travis made this process easy! Travis was very informative and they both made sure they were respectful of coming into the house. Once the project was finished, they took the time to show me what they did and why they did what they did. I recommend Fortress Foundation and highly recommend Jack and Travis!

Adam is such a gentle man and hyper professional. He went above and beyond. Excellent service.

“Fortress does great work and Madison was extremely helpful”

I’m a real estate agent and have run into foundation and structural concerns many times over the years. Fortress Foundations is always my first call. They are consistently informative, reliable, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. The rep on my most recent job was Adam Catterson, and I really appreciated his ability to understand the nuance of the situation. He was able to distinguish between what actually needed to be addressed now, what was simply wanted, and what may eventually need attention down the road.In this industry, I’ve unfortunately come across companies that provide outrageous quotes, recommend unnecessary work, or try to upsell clients when they’re already dealing with a stressful situation. I’ve never had to worry about that with Fortress. I trust them to give an honest assessment and recommend what is actually necessary. That kind of integrity is exactly why they continue to be my first call.

Santiago, Rony Sr, Rony Jr & Jorge, did an amazing job with our foundation. They all are so friendly and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys! 🤩

The team from Fortress Foundation Solutions, including Mr. Garner, arrived exactly on schedule and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect. They thoroughly inspected all necessary points of my property and provided a highly knowledgeable, clear assessment of my home's structural integrity. I greatly appreciate their expertise and excellent customer service.

My bathroom floor was uneven, and I suspected the worst: that I needed foundation joist repair. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Eddie Salido inspected my bathroom floor and my foundation, and he concluded that my foundation joists and floorboards were in good condition. He said that I have a leaky toilet that has damaged the subfloor. He advised me to call a plumber and said he could probably fix the subfloor. I followed his advice, and I hired a plumber who will repair my leaky toilet and replace the subfloor.Mr. Salido was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his profession. I strongly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions.

This was one of the easiest home repair projects I’ve had done. The initial contact with Scott was great and he made several visits to our home to answer all my questions. The project took 3 full days and Toby, Daniel, Carson, and Tyler were very professional and did an amazing job. They didn’t mind my coming down to check progress and answer my questions . Highly recommend! They maybe more expensive than others but well worth it in my opinion.
