Testimonials for Fortress Foundation Solutions

Caleb came out the same week I reached out to the company to look at our retaining wall. It was not a job they could do, but he gave me a solid referral for a mason.

Sonny was professional and knowledgeable. He was polite and thorough. He did a full inspection and showed me a possible concern that is easily resolved and that I could do. I would recommend him to anyone needs foundation services.

Santiago, Rony Sr., and Rony Jr. were all terrific! Great work and thank you!

Employees Toby, David, Karston, and Lumpy did an excellent job. They were friendly and informative.

Pat is the best. Professional, courteous, and really knows his job. More professional and knowledgeable then the rest.

Great service and people to work with! They were quick on work, answered questions and communication during the job. Fortress will be my go to for all things foundation!

You are specialists and know what needs to be done and how to do it. Your costs are very fair and manageable, which is so helpful and important in an often very upsetting situation that requires repair. There were no hidden fees or changing of costs. Fortress has a lot of integrity and transparency. I like that. Someone else had estimated 3-4 weeks of labor and over $30,000 more than Fortress quoted. You all are godsends.

Would definitely use Fortress again. Everyone was very professional and polite. Everything related to the job was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Outside of the finished product, you would never have known they were there.

We went with Fortress because they offered the most comprehensive plan to fix our foundation completely, not just a part of it. This kind of work isn't cheap but we figured if we were going to do it at all, we'd do everything and do it right, then never worry again. Caleb was always helpful and communicative throughout the process, and the team that came out (Tyler, Daniel and Lump) were professional and answered every question we had. Due to what they found in the ground they had to change part of the plan at one point; Tyler was very communicative with us and was able to make changes to the work order the same day, so they could carry on essentially without interruption. When the city inspector came to look at the push piers they'd installed, his exact words were that they did a textbook job, couldn't be better. My wife and I were very happy with how they treated us and how they did the job. If you want things done right, you should consider this company.

Very pleased with the work they did at our new home. We had a mold problem in crawlspace and foundation needed support where walls in basement were pushing in. All persons involved were exceptionally professional and courteous. From the “dig out crew” led by Jeff Drinkard to the rest of the crew: Toby, Karston, Dillian, and Tyler, Daniel, and Lumpy, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend their services.

Cannot say enough good things about how Fortress rescued our home from a horrible situation with JES! Our home was put back together carefully & correctly like Humpty Dumpty and we are forever grateful to Caleb, Nick, Jarred and Chazz. We can finally move forward with our renovations now that our foundation and security of our home is guaranteed. Stay clear of JES they are NOT your solution. The team at Fortress is professional, knowledgeable and courteous!

Called for an evaluation on my foundation. Scheduled an appointment quickly. Brandon was communicative, professional, extremely knowledgable and a genuine pleasure to work with. Thank you!

My husband and I were experiencing moisture issues in our crawlspace, but Fortress Foundations inspected the space, promptly and clearly communicated with us what needed to be addressed, and provided quality customer service every step of the way! Brandon specifically was the main representative that we worked with and he truly went above and beyond!Once the job was finished, the installers cleaned up after themselves, and left the space better than they found it! My husband and I noticed that the house, now being better insulated, was much cooler and temperatures stayed consistent throughout the rooms of the house. Fortress Foundations also weather proofed the space, added a dehumidifier, and a sump pump. We can sleep well now knowing that our crawlspace is one less thing we have to worry about!

Caleb Stone provided many useful insights with our structural challenge. I strongly recommend calling him or his staff for their assessment to your issues.

The team of workers from Fortress Foundation was excellent. Scott, Dan, Jordan and Jamil were very friendly, very hard workers and very considerate of our property and belongings. The basement job was very well done and in good time ,and the area was left very clean. Thank you very much, and we would highly recommend this team.
