Testimonials for Fortress Foundation Solutions

Crew showed up on schedule, communications was good. On-site management efficient, no surprises in following the design. After changing the indoor HVAC intake filter the house air quality improved visibly. We opted for the TM2 remote display of dehumidifier stats, which worked on first try. Pete and his team were easy to work with! Photos by Pete Liloia [updated to reflect improved air quality/AQI scores in the house].

Clint was very professional, informative and efficient in inspecting the crawlspace beam and adjusting the SmartJacks.

Caleb, Nicholas, Jared, Mickey and Chaz did a great job with our project from start to finish. Our crawl space was in dire need of help. The whole crew was professional, clean and efficient. They showed up when they said they would. Kept in constant communication. Finished when they said they would. They gave me a tour of the finished work and answered all my questions throughout the project. Thanks again to a great crew.

Big thanks to Charlie, Kevin, Cody and Pete for repairing my crawl space after a termite company ruined it. This took a team effort and we are so thankful for these men and Fortress Foundations!

Nathan Owen along with Dakota W, Jayden and Jamal did a great job on waterproofing the wall at 3610 South Main in Blacksburg. A bitterly cold day but they hung in there....with frozen toes and hands.Non stop, hard workers who should be commended for their work ethic.

Great work by Jordan and his team. They finished the job as promised within one day and it looks great. These guys were highly professional and the communication top-notch. I also like they they added extra plastic covering as per my request due to health concerns and they also did an extra bit of work for me on the house where there was a hole in the wall. Highly recommend this company.

My husband and I recently used Fortress Foundation Solutions for a crawl space encapsulation for our home in Berkeley County, West Virginia. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. The initial consult for the quote was very thorough and informative. Pricing is competitive. The job itself was executed flawlessly and in one day. The crew was punctual, professional, friendly and clean. Scott Farmer, Dan and Jamil did excellent work. We highly recommend their services. Thank you for a job well done!

Fortress Foundation Solutions did an amazing job replacing the jacks in the crawlspace and installing additional support to correct a sagging floor. The team of Gus, Luis, Jorge, and Erick were on time and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Riley Ethier was phenomenal! Great experience working with him and the Fortress team! 10/10 will send my friends to him

I haven’t even decided yet if I’m going to go with Fortress foundation but I can tell u one thing. If this world had more ppl like Caleb Stone we would be much better off. Caleb showed up early, more than ready for any questions or concerns we threw at him. Not only was he absolutely 100% professional, but he was very personable and easy to relate to and talk with. When he showed up here, he had all the latest gizmos and gadgets to surpass any expectation that we had. To say he was thorough is an understatement. When I told him I wanted to go under the house to inspect the foundation with him not only was he completely on board to answer all my questions and what if’s but he had an extra hazmat suit for me and gloves to make sure I was completely comfortable and well protected. After doing the inspection of my home, he spent 30 to 45 minutes, just educating us on our possible options and outcomes, with the understanding that we might not even go with his company. But not once did I feel rushed or on a time crunch. I can’t say enough about how well this company has prepared their employees with training, retraining, and education. Being a veteran on a set income, he went over payment options with me and even got me preapproved in under five minutes. To say the least I was impressed and more then happy to give away my 8k. They also do military discounts. This company was built by one man, local here and has grown 3 states wide. I truly look fwd to doing business with them. Thank you for being so professional and prepared. Much appreciated,Your Local Veteran

We had a pretty large crack in our basement foundation wall that was allowing a small amount of water onto the floor. They came and quickly remediated it. Professional and fast, I highly recommend this business for this type of scenario. The representative who came to inspect the area of concern was professional and provided a video to describe how they would address our particular issue. Great service!

lower cost and quality of product used. I'd recommend the install team to others.

Nick, Jared, and Tim were great! They worked hard, and were very professional.

Kevin was very professional and kind today. Kevin installed our new sump pump system. We are thrilled with his work and relieved to have our new backup battery system. Thank you so much Kevin and fortress foundations. Highly recommend this great company.

Eddie and Skyler came out, answered all of my questions with a warm and professional attitude. They showed me the problem areas in the crawlspace and helped me develop a plan that aligned not only with my home needs but my budget as well. I look forward to having the work done and reporting back on the outcomes!
