Cara arrived early (after confirming that we would be able to accommodate an earlier appointment) and was patient with my explanation, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. She advised that no remediation was necessary at this time and recommended how to keep tabs on the situation. While we did not need services this time around, I definitely know who I will be calling if we ever do!

She went above and beyond by crawling through the space herself to do a thorough inspection, which I definitely wasn’t about to do. My bathroom floor was uneven, and I suspected the worst: that I needed foundation joist repair. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Eddie Salido inspected my bathroom floor and my foundation, and he concluded that my foundation joists and floorboards were in good condition. He said that I have a leaky toilet that has damaged the subfloor. He advised me to call a plumber and said he could probably fix the subfloor. I followed his advice, and I hired a plumber who will repair my leaky toilet and replace the subfloor.Mr. Salido was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his profession. I strongly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions.

Santiago and his team (Rony Sr. & Jr. along with Jorge) came out to my property to install 5 piers in order to stabilize a corner of my foundation. They were working in less than ideal conditions (rain, decent grade, rocky soil) but were efficient, thorough, and upbeat the entire time. Santiago provided updates throughout the process and was helpful in answering any questions I had. Overall a great experience - would happily recommend!
