Testimonials for Fortress Foundation Solutions

"Todd was honest and forthright on the assessment of the project. He provided a few options of what Fortress Foundations could provide and walked me through my concerns. I have an older house with a dug-out crawl space. We ultimately decided to not install a new system and identified other mitigation measures. I would do business with Todd and Fortress Foundations in the future when the need arises! They will be my first call."

Kevin, Nathan, Dakota W., Larry, and Dakota did an amazing job with our basement project. We are very pleased with the results.

Jordan and Santiago came to my home today and they were outstanding. They are really great at their job, focused on getting it done, and professional! What surprised me more than anything was how little mess there was - they really know what they are doing and are nice people. Thanks guys!

I first had a referral to Fortress from my friend. Then I scheduled with a representative who was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was convinced that their price and the experience offered was good and didn't need to shop the work to other firms. I had to reschedule several times due to problems of my own and Fortress was very friendly and cooperative. When we finally did the work it was done very well, very neatly and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

From the very beginning of talking with Adam C all the way through the entire process everyone went above and beyond in my opinion. I lived out of state and the repairs were done to a house I had just purchased prior to my move here. Throughout the process they called me and sent photos of how the job was going. I 1000% recommend them. The installers were Tyler and Nick Burke. Adam has even helped me with additional questions I have had since my move such as the best way to insulate the area of the repairs inside and the placement of a generator over the area where the plates were buried.

My husband and I would like to thank Fortress Foundation for their excellent work on fixing our basement walls. The crew they sent was Santiago , Rony and Rony Jr were excellent.  They came in and installed beams in my basement to support my basement walls. They did a great job and were very pleasant and professional .They also did a nice job of adding gutter extensions to my gutters to help and avoid getting in any more water in our basement. When they were done with the project they did a wonderful job of cleaning up and then showed us what they did . And answered any question we had. We would Definitely would highly recommend this company.

Great experience.Would highly recommend!

Fortress is amazing - especially Adam! Knowledgeable, friendly, skilled, hard working, responsive. Hire them!

I had an outdated evergreen basement systems sump pump. I was told to by a friend to call Kevin. Kevin is a technician with Fortress Foundations. He showed up quoted us for our new system and installed it the same day. He is so pleasant to be around. Did an excellent job on our sump pump. We now have a back up battery and we no longer have to worry about losing power. So thankful for Kevin. He got the work done and was so polite. If the rest of the company is anything like Kevin I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fortress Foundations

Appreciate all the hard work Kevin done while at our house. Highly recommended

We had a really good experience with Fortress Foundation Solutions. I was especially impressed by how quickly everything moved—from our initial appointment to having the work completely finished was much faster than I expected. The crew was professional and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. We did have one minor issue afterward, but Fortress responded quickly and came back out to take care of it without any hassle. I really appreciated both the speed of the entire process and how responsive they were when we needed a follow-up.

Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. Will absolutely recommend to all my friends.

The guys arrived at my house on time and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, we were having unusually cold temperatures both days they were here. I never heard them complain once. I can say now that the job is complete, I’m seeing a significant difference in the temperature inside my home.Hats off to Gus, Luis, Jorge and Fernando for a job well done under bitter cold conditions.

Everything went well! I really appreciate how the crew was courteous and an overall pleasure to work with!

The company has been very helpful and does a lot of extra work to figure out our house's issues and complications. Gus and Jorge were extremely kind, explained everything, and the work looks great!
