I haven’t even decided yet if I’m going to go with Fortress foundation but I can tell u one thing. If this world had more ppl like Caleb Stone we would be much better off. Caleb showed up early, more than ready for any questions or concerns we threw at him. Not only was he absolutely 100% professional, but he was very personable and easy to relate to and talk with. When he showed up here, he had all the latest gizmos and gadgets to surpass any expectation that we had. To say he was thorough is an understatement. When I told him I wanted to go under the house to inspect the foundation with him not only was he completely on board to answer all my questions and what if’s but he had an extra hazmat suit for me and gloves to make sure I was completely comfortable and well protected. After doing the inspection of my home, he spent 30 to 45 minutes, just educating us on our possible options and outcomes, with the understanding that we might not even go with his company. But not once did I feel rushed or on a time crunch. I can’t say enough about how well this company has prepared their employees with training, retraining, and education. Being a veteran on a set income, he went over payment options with me and even got me preapproved in under five minutes. To say the least I was impressed and more then happy to give away my 8k. They also do military discounts. This company was built by one man, local here and has grown 3 states wide. I truly look fwd to doing business with them. Travis and Jack did an amazing job insulating our crawlspace. They were friendly, professional, and did a beautiful job in a short amount of time. Big thanks to Dakota, Kevin, and Eddie for giving my crawlspace a second life. They were able to replace my floor liner and door, add a dehumidifier, and preserve the existing wall insulation. This saved me about $8k when compared to redoing all the encapsulation. Their work was clean, efficient, and had a solid attention to detail.

Fortress did a wonderful job encapsulating our crawlspace! Caleb, Warren and the team were all very pleasant to deal with and professional. They completed our project in one day. Warren even took the time to speak to us over the phone to go over the equipment when we got home from work so we didn’t have to miss anytime away from work. They did a wonderful job with our unique crawlspace that has a lot of rock under it and still made it look great! We highly recommend them if you need a basement encapsulation.

Mauricio and his crew came and just finished my crawl space encapsulation. I wish I had taken before pictures so you can see the difference. Mauricio and his team went above and beyond to finish this job. I had freezing pipes due to the harsh winter in Virginia and this should now take care of it for the next winter.
