We are so impressed and thankful for the professionalism displayed and the knowledge shared from Fortress Foundation. We had noticed a few areas that thought may be concern and wanted to have them checked so we could address sooner than later or have peace of mind.Our appointment was set up at our convenience and we received a packet of information ahead of time. The packet included a photo of Caleb, the employee coming to do our evaluation.Caleb was very professional and had excellent communication - including calling the evening before to confirm and letting us know he could arrive a little earlier than planned if convenient for us. He also text to let us know when he was on the way and arrived timely.Caleb did a thorough review of our concerns and inspected our home and was happy to share there were no issues of concern. We are so thankful for the peace of mind and appreciate Caleb and others at Fortress. We will definitely reach out to them first if we have the need in the future.

Just wanted to let you know what a positive experience we had withSkylar. My mother was concerned that the foundation under the porch was failing. Skylar checked it out and determined the foundation was solid and showed us (my brother and I) what the problem was. Unfortunately, he said it wasn't something your company could help with, but talked with us about some solutions. He also checked out the rest of the house foundation as my mother was concerned about it also. He was very knowledgeable and, quite frankly, we were impressed that he didn't try to rush off once he determined your company wouldn't be able to help us.   If all your techs are like Skylar, I would feel very comfortable referring your company to others.

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of the crew. These young men did a fabulous, professional job. If we have basement issues in the future we will use Fortress Foundation Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Riley did an incredible job when he came to our home. I was concerned about several cracks outside of the foundation so I called Fortress Foundations and I’m glad I did. Riley is a true expert. He was able to explain in clear terms what was happening and what I should and shouldn’t be concerned with. His demeanor is kind and welcoming and he was honest and sincere. You are specialists and know what needs to be done and how to do it. Your costs are very fair and manageable, which is so helpful and important in an often very upsetting situation that requires repair. There were no hidden fees or changing of costs. Fortress has a lot of integrity and transparency. I like that. Someone else had estimated 3-4 weeks of labor and over $30,000 more than Fortress quoted. You all are godsends.

Our 1930's home had major sagging floors in one section (a 3.5in drop from the edge of the room to the center) and water issues in the cellar when it rained. I reached out to Fortress Foundation and was called back within 15 min! Danny came out to the house and after doing an inspection he provided a couple of different options that we could go with. He explained everything to my wife and I in simple terms that we could understand. We did not feel pressured at all. In fact he specifically told us that while they were able to do all of the work we wanted, a portion of it would not be cost effective; and he recommended holding off on that section until a later date since he knew we wanted to do other renovations later. We ultimately leveled the main area and added a moisture barrier to the crawlspace. Travis and his crew came out to do the work over the course of 2 days. They were great to work with. They were professional, communicated well, and respected our home. It has now been 9 months since the work was completed and we have no complaints. We would highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions and specifically Danny and Travis.

Danny came and did a thorough inspection of the house and found an additional crack in the foundation that needed to be addressed. he walked me through everything, provided a lot of detail and information, and answered all my questions. Jordan then came and performed the work. he fixed two cracks in my foundation very quickly. he had to take apart a closet and jackhammer the ground to address the issue. he left no mess and was very nice. a week later and no issues so far

Riley was amazing, as far as communication his estimate came in spot on. They did a great job finishing the work and then cleaning the yard up afterwards and then recheck and get a couple weeks later. Excellent company, great results and total professionalism.
