I received several preparatory phone call reminders and the two guys who did the install were well prepared and professional. Adam adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in a week early because of a time crunch I was in for a basement project I had going on. Adam was professional and a breath of fresh air to talk to after the previous companies I had dealt with that all sounded like used car salesmen and tried to sell me something before ever even looking at my problem. Adam was the complete opposite and actually took the time to listen to me and inspect my situation. Although I didn’t end up needing to use their services at this time, Adam has secured me as a customer when that time comes.
