Testimonials for Fortress Foundation Solutions

This was the first company to come out and give a prompt estimate.

I am so pleased with the result. No more water is coming in my basement. I chose this company because of their presentation and they really explained it to me step-by-step, what they were going to do and they made me feel comfortable in knowing that they would do a good job and which they did.

I want to say that Fortress Foundation communications are really great!

Jared and Jordan and Garrett did an amazing job. They worked hard to get my basement fixed and did a great job outside with the gutter system they put in.

The team of Nick, Jordan, Jared, and Josh installed a basement waterproofing system in my basement June of 2026. The crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were professional throughout the entire project. They took the time to answer my questions, took my proposals into account, and treated my home with respect. The installation was completed as promised, and their attention to detail really showed. I appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend this crew to anyone looking for quality basement waterproofing services.I look forward to Nick's photos so I can share with my wife who was away at the time.

Chris, who gave me the consultation, and the installation crew were both awesome. Very informative and great, efficient work. Will definitely recommend the company to others!

We were impressed with the level of detail provided in the initial introduction to the system. The crew that came out did a wonderful job to include an impressive cleanup! The relief of knowing that the basement is now water, moisture, and most especially mold free is tremendous! Thank you so much for a job well done and the peace of mind!

I chose this company because of their lower prices & better presentation.

Done earlier than promised and under budget.

Kevin was friendly & helpful answering questions about our dehumidifer. He gave us advice on maintenance & service. Worked quickly & efficiently

Kevin was great today. Very professional and thorough. I had never seen my pumps before. It was amazing to see him remove them clean everything up and put them back. I really enjoyed talking with him also. Everyone at Fortress has been great to work with.

After the hurricane Helene swept through central Virginia our basement flooded. We knew we needed some help. Fortress Foundation Solutions has just concluded a three day massive overhaul of my old dug-out crawlspace/basement. Nathan, Dakota and Mikey were a pleasure to work with and they even mopped the floors behind themselves. They were very polite, cleaned up, and explained everything as they went along. They installed perimeter French drains, a new sump pump, a dehumidifier and new superior plastic sheeting to cover the earthen walls. The new sheeting has several layers designed to wick moisture and provide greater drainage. They stayed until the job was complete and until they were satisfied that we fully understood all that they had done. It looks great and I’m feeling much more secure.
