Dennis was facing major foundation issues at his Salem home, including settlement along the front of the house and a large horizontal crack in a basement wall that had begun to bow inward. The structural movement had become a serious concern and required immediate attention to prevent further damage.

Toby and his crew installed a comprehensive foundation repair system to stabilize the home. Six Helical Piers were installed to support the settling foundation, while 16 GeoLock™ Wall Anchors and 7 PowerBrace™ Wall Support Beams were used to reinforce and stabilize the bowing basement wall. As shown in the after photos, the home is now structurally secure and protected from further settlement and wall movement for the long term.

System Designer, Jamey Elder, sent our Production Foreman, AJ Looney and his crew, to install our Smart Jack System to this home owners crawl space. This system provided the support the crawl space needed and long term relief to the home owners.

In Critz, we faced a damaged foundation wall requiring careful attention. Notice in the before photo how the wall showed visible inward movement. Our Fortress Foundation Solutions team resolved this using the PowerBrace™ System. These zinc-plated steel beams stabilized the foundation wall effectively, deploying a method precise enough to avoid any drilling or excavation. As illustrated in the after photo, the wall is now permanently stabilized with the added benefit of adjustability over time—securing the home's foundation for years to come.
