To address these concerns, we expertly installed the PowerBrace™ System. These zinc-plated steel beams are custom-fitted and securely anchored, effectively stabilizing the foundation walls. As showcased in the after photo, this method not only halted further inward wall movement but also promised potential improvement over time, ensuring a stable, safe, and healthy home environment.

This customer called us to stabilize the main beam supporting her floor. We utilized our SmartJack system to ensure a lifetime of stability for her floors, and also performed a full encapsulation to transform this dark, dirty dugout basement into a clean, dry area!

Mr. Louis lives in Hedgesville, West Virginia, and was experiencing settlement issues in his 1980s home, as seen in the before photo. He noticed stair-step cracks forming on two connecting sides of the home, and the doorway leading to his garden had become stuck in the middle, making it very difficult to open and close. As seen in the after photo, the doorway was stabilized on both sides and now works like new. Mr. Louis is very happy knowing he not only fixed the sticking door, but also permanently stabilized his sinking home.
