This home in Richmond had a crawl space that was damp and musty, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get those issues resolved before they caused a bigger problem.

Fortress went out to this home and installed a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, along with SilverGlo Wall Insulation and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will work together to reduce moisture and humidity in the crawl space. They will also help seal out cold drafts in the winter. The crawl space is now a much cleaner and brighter area!

Emilio E. had taken a look in his crawl space to see about some plumbing repairs. The CleanSpace is in place to seal the home from the damp earth. Moisture and its damaging effects on the wood structure of the home are kept out. The SilverGlo is installed on the walls and insulates to keep the home warm in winter and cool in the summer. It is moisture resistant and won't get moldy or break down. The final step is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It removes moisture from the air keeping the crawl space dry.
