This home in Spotsylvania had a crawl space that was wet and muddy, and needed some help!

Fortress helped this homeowner by installing a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep this crawl space clean and dry!

This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions after purchasing a rental property that had water in the crawl space. After being called by the tenants multiple times, they wanted a permanent solution! Chris Wilmouth, System Designer, inspected the crawl space proposing an encapsulation, Smart Sump sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  The Smart Sump will remove any water, the SaniDry Sedona will keep humidity low and the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier will seal off moisture from the ground getting rid of mildew and musty smells. Now this landlord doesn't have to worry about calls from tenants any more!
