The sidewalk of this home in Lyndhurst was sinking and settling, becoming an eyesore. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to have that area lifted and leveled. Our foreman and his crew went out and used our PolyLevel Injection System to lift that area back up.

This customer called Fortress because they realized that their driveway had sunk down and was no longer level with their walkway. Instead of replacing their whole driveway, we went to take a look at their home and provided them with another solution, poly level! 

Poly level is injected underneath the concrete slab causing it to lift back up to it's original placement. This homeowner loved the idea not only because of the price, but because this installation was not very time consuming!

The stability of any concrete surface is dependent on the soils beneath it. The weight of concrete and what it supports, combined with natural soil erosion, can lead to sunken and uneven concrete surfaces. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. We also put our Sealant Pro Product on the cracks to seal them up!
