Our System Designer, Chris Guill, went out to assess this crawl space and recommended installing a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with SilverGlo Wall insulation.

In Roanoke, as seen in the before photo, Mr. Lawson faced a significant moisture issue in his basement. He reached out to us for a reliable solution to prevent water damage. Our team installed the WaterGuard® drainage system, discrete and non-clogging, ensuring efficient water channeling to a connected TripleSafe™ sump pump system. In addition, we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to regulate humidity and promote a dry and healthy indoor environment. This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they just could not figure out why or where there was water entering into their crawl space. They would receive water whenever it would rain heavily in their area. Even when it would not rain, their crawl space constantly had moisture, causing an awful musty smell that they could just not get rid of.
