This Middlebrook family has been enjoying their pool for years! What they weren't enjoying was the settling from the slabs of the pool deck over the years. Tripping hazards had developed. and their fence had become uneven. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. Our Systems Designer Joe Katany, conducted the estimate and offered a permanent solution! Our concrete repair specialist used our PolyLevel Injection Foam, which is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. He then filled all the seams between sections of concrete with our NexusPro Joint Sealant. This prevents damage from water getting underneath the concrete where it can freeze and expand in cold temperatures. These pictures show how the pool deck was leveled at this corner. Now the family is excited to be able to enjoy the pool area and entertain friends worry free!
